To demonstrate that diversification is a valid option to both expand and strengthen an adviser business, two very different presenters have teamed up to deliver a challenging and interactive workshop.

About Colleen Dennehy: Colleen Dennehy is a well-known figure in the Financial Services Industry, operating in this sector for over 20 years. She has worked across all facets including investments, mortgages and risk. Her roles have mainly been focussed around sales and working with Advisers to develop their business and grow their markets and client bases by “thinking outside the square”. She has worked for organisations such as PSIS, BNZ and AMP. Colleen also set up from scratch and ran a mortgage broking firm for 5 years. During that time she was the Inaugural recipient of the NZMBA Non-conforming lending award.

Colleen brings a wealth of experience and positivity to burn in the industry. She always has a smile and is a great networker. She is currently A network sales manager for Mike Pero building and developing their North Island network. If you do not know her personally you will know her sound as she has an infectious laugh which adds character to what can be a rather dour industry at times.

About Ryan Edwards: Ryan, Head of Distribution at Generate KiwiSaver, works with close to 1,000 advisers across NZ, helping them to develop best practice when educating their clients on how to make the most out of KiwiSaver.

Responsible for all aspects of training, compliance, and process development, Ryan has 10 years of experience working in the financial services sector across NZ and Australia.

Ryan is very passionate about KiwiSaver and enjoys ‘myth busting’ with both clients and advisers, and is keen to demonstrate the significant opportunity of building KiwiSaver into your offering.
