Advice is Dead, Long Live Advice!

David Boyle

With the advent of new legislation, new technology, and greater transparency, New Zealanders need a range of solutions for advice that are fit for their needs. David will provide insights and thoughts around what New Zealanders are asking the Commission about when it comes to advice, what the Commission is doing today to help grow awareness of the value of advice for consumers, and why he thinks advice isn’t dead but, like everything else, has to evolve and why that has to be embraced.

Come along to this session for a guaranteed laugh, as I share my insights on being over 50, longevity, and advice.

About David Boyle: A member of the Commission for Financial Capability’s leadership team, David’s focus is helping all generations prepare for their retirement years, from students through our Sorted Schools programmes to future retirees transitioning from working income to investment income.
