No, not a presentation on the hidden meaning on Beatles lyrics, but a session aimed at helping you navigate through the initiatives the government has in place to assist first home buyers.

An increasing number of home buyers are facilitating their applications for products like the KiwiSaver Home Start grant through mortgage and financial advisers; therefore it is essential that you have a wider understanding of all the products on offer. This includes eligibility criteria, processing timeframes and some requirements and conditions to be aware of. Whether or not you are working with directly with customers on their application(s), it is in your best interest to have a good working knowledge of the initiatives available to help more people into their own home. The value of good advice is having options for your clients, and Housing New Zealand can provide these.
