About Hamish Patel: I learned to walk in the bank, my parents were 30, 40 years in the bank. I started as a teller myself and ended up as a broker. Including the banking experience its been close to 20 years now. I operate with salaries only with a team of more than five. For many years I thought I was running a business when in fact I was just an independent banker. Only in the past few years have I really started to understand how to approach this like a business.
