About Dr. Phillip M. Randall: 
Dr. Phillip M. Randall is an internationally recognised resource on pre-retirement planning and retirement education.

He is a founding member and Adjunct Fellow at the Institute of LifeSpan Development and Gerontology, The University of Akron, Ohio.

As an author, keynote speaker, lecturer, and workshop leader, Dr Randall has been a frequent contributor to news and print media on these topics in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

As an educator, he has developed and delivered retirement education programs to over 50,000 employees within corporations and universities helping them prepare for both financial and non-financial aspects of their retirement.

He received his BA from the Youngstown State University, Ohio, his MA from the University of Michigan, and his PhD from The University of Akron, Ohio.

He is currently, Managing Partner, The Thorndike Group, a human capital consultancy specialising in individual and organisational effectiveness, located in Atlanta.
